The California History-Social Science Project (CHSSP) is a statewide network of scholars, teachers, and teacher educators, headquartered in the Department of History at UC Davis, with regional sites serving local K-12 schools at UCLA, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, UC Davis, and CSU Dominguez Hills. We provide teacher professional development and Standards-aligned curriculum, focused on developing student content knowledge, disciplinary understanding, and literacy.
